Delivery Terms

  • We endeavour to process orders received Monday-Friday up to1600 hrs within 2-3 working days.** For Custom made Zaps 2-5 working days may be needed to fulfil your order.  Any orders received after 1600 hrs will be actioned on the next working day. orders received Saturday and Sunday's will be actioned on the Monday.
  • Our free delivery service is via Royal Mail 2nd Class (Proof of Postage)*** At Buyer Risk*****
  • First Class Royal Mail Service £1.78 (Not a guarantee next day delivery) Can take up to 5 Days (Proof of Postage)*** At Buyer Risk*****

  • Our next day delivery service £9.50 is via Royal Mail (Track and Signed for Service) Zaps will still take 2-3 Day to make before posting out.
  • Signed for service 1st Class via Royal Mail £4.50****

  • Orders over £19.90 are shipped via 1st Class Royal Mail (Proof of Postage) *** At Buyer Risk*****
  • Orders over £28.50 are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 24 
  • Tracked 24 and Tracked 24 Signed for service. Zaps will still take 2-3 days to make before posting out.

  • Orders being sent to Military address’s on camp, can only be tracked a far as the on camp mail room.

  • Special rates may apply to orders being shipped to Scottish Highlands & Islands, and Non mainland UK addresses including Isle of Man, and Channel Islands.
  • BFPO Mail, we ship to all BFPO address but cannot give delivery times, tracked service is only as far as BFPO main sorting office in UK.

  • Non mainland UK orders can take 3 - 5 days for delivery shipped via Royal Mail track and signed service.
  • Large / Bulk orders - We may not be able to offer our standard delivery options. We will call you if the size of your order comes into this category and discuss the options with you.
  • We will of course work with you to resolve any delivery issues that may occur.
  • All our mail is sent out via Franked Mail and traceable within in Royal Mail system. (Royal Mail sorting office can do search if undelivered report filed)

  • Terms and Conditions apply to all orders.

  • Intervening holidays such as Good Friday, Easter Monday, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Years Day and public bank holidays may affect delivery times.
  • If an order is cancelled within 2/3 day of ordering a surcharge of 40% of the ZAP(s) value will apply to cover any costs and time incurred in making your Zap(s) Postage will be refunded in full. Once an order has been posted it is not possible to cancel. (proof of postage is available on all orders)
